CREATIONAL FORM…… INFORMS…..

…….the pure white heart-core of the baby in its timeless ever-clear creational form, informing everything around it, engaging the heart of the mother and meeting her precisely in the story of her body, enfolding and looping all through the heart once again. This engagement can be seen and felt as physics, action, motion and expression and viewed in any direction.. the physics will always loop, in an active currency through all because it is designed this way. This is the Incoming Soul’s unified action of embodiment.

PREGNANCY MOMENT TO MOMENT

Lets look at this from the ‘hereness’ of pregnancy, where, as the baby is here now… you are being enfolded and are beginning touch the soul-in-form physics. As the baby is in the womb, there has been some level of silent activation. Baby-in-belly, in growth, with mamma as a unit - one physicality moving together to the beginning of birth. There has been time, a richness… peaceful moments in which to listen. Visceral touches in the anticipation of seeing for the first time, that little face you have imagined for so long, and holding your baby heart-core to heart-core.

You may have even found words that precisely describe this baby you know as your own blood. And when you speak them aloud, there is a visceral feedback of ‘this is right.. I feel like I know you’. You may have felt your nervous system and body in a direct response and exchange… your lean-in to the baby has helped the physical and emotional vibrancy of pregnancy. The currency. And, if you are not aware of this yet, every moment holds that invitation to to begin to touch the basics of meeting and to ask ‘Who Is My Incoming Soul?’ …

In the view towards birth, the silence and time of pregnancy spreads out and all the advice and preparation for birthing begins its busy bustle. Attention becomes both wider and more specific in the same moment.

BIRTH PREPARATION

This birthing time is energetic, active… a font of your Incoming Soul’s information… the currency between you in full flow. You can actively include this currency and information as a key point your birth plan. It can actually be the paper the whole plan is written on! And the most crucial aspect is that you are feeling this as that mamma-baby unit, informed and enfolded.

The fundamental understanding here (as you read all the pamphlets and books about birth from the baby’s/mother’s/obstetrician’s/midwife’s perspective) is that this little baby creates, formulates, plans, knows and is the whole entire guide. As they are given space to express what is present in every given moment, they lead the whole show… in an immaculate precision that has never been written before. This experience can be, and is unique to every single incoming soul and mamma.

The Incoming Soul leads the engagement to the hormonal, emotional and physical processes in every moment, and listening to this information is directive in the choices you make through these processes.

WHAT DOES THIS BIRTH LOOK LIKE?

In many of our pre-birth sessions with families, we simply ask the question: ‘what does this birth look like from here?’ As the family answer from the referent of the baby, the listening becomes more precise as a physical cellular lead.. which leads to clearer steps in the birth process. The birth process is enfolded too… ref logo.

In some active birth sessions, the process has been to simply return to the enfolding heart-core information of the baby… in which there can be a palpable shift in the nervous system.. not only of the mother but of the birth practitioners in the setting.. any setting. What pumps the blood of this labour…where does the birth ignition come from… and where does labour move in full rightness of its action and rest, or where and why does it become exhaustive and depletive? In each moment of fluid active listening is a reveal to the next.

Fundamentally understanding who your baby is, allows for a drop in any self-referent… and so freedom from individual hold. As a baby who is an incoming unified soul-in-body, the simplest understanding is that cellular action and motion happens in unified ways…waveforms, feelings, emotions, awareness… fluidly from baby to mamma to baby to mamma. The informing language of the Incoming Soul can be listened to as precisely by the mother and father as it can be by a midwife, a doula or an obstetrician. Once we listen in precision, the information is the same, no matter who we are or what our birthing practices are. A cellular language is a cellular language, and we are all speaking the same one…. as such it can inform our birthing practices precisely. It can inform our techniques and methodologies to be present to, and in integrity with, each unified soul in their individual birth.

As such we are all informed and enfolded by the core heart of the baby. Our learning from this has an unending forward step. Each birth in its reveal, teaches us who this baby is in their stand on this earth, and informs the answers to ‘What does parenting this child look like?’ In the enfold of understanding this birth, it teaches us how to listen to the next birth, and the next, and in a generative openness, allows us to understand the most up-to-date birthing information, literally out of the mouths of babes. The resource guide has no book-end.

A PRACTICAL LISTENING EXERCISE

This exercise can be done by mum’s to be, their doula/ midwife or any birth worker working with an incoming soul.

As you step towards and through birth, allow yourself embodiment check-ins, from a wider referent.. as though you are engaging without physical boundary into the currency from and around the baby. There is a wider universal language, feelings you are simply accessing from an un-held space. Be aware of your baby’s heart, your heart, your womb and base (and how your mind may want to intervene). Be open to things that come up that may challenge your own ideas of birth / this birth / this pregnancy. You can do this listening actively in the run up to birth or moment to moment as birth progresses.

From here see what emerges as you ask:

-what does this baby reveal about his or her birth

-what is this incoming soul in reveal of.. who are they.. what is their wider story that loops into this moment

-what is my body doing as there is reveal what feelings emotions, excitement, fear, quiet etc happens when I listen

-what is the awareness of the baby’s heart in this moment …and as I feel that, what shifts in my body.. my nervous system, my breath, my base

-am I in unified motion with this baby, and how can i tell

-am i in an individual motion (in my own head / body / trauma) and how can I tell

Try not to attach meaning or ideas on to anything that you have experienced… simply acknowledging the fact that ‘there is information’ allows it to find a point of action or rest and integration.

Sessions and audio series in conception, pregnancy and birth are the core of the Incoming Souls work. They are physical, tangible and informative of the current consciousness and stories of who these now incoming souls are, why they are here, how they birth and who they are.. Listening to each soul is a deeply personal touch to every family’s embodiment story, it reveals why each soul arrives precisely to that family and the gift they are bringing to the world.
