‘Check-In’

 Here is a check-in  where are you up to in your own body as you move through the series. This is a self-reference looking at:

Where you are in your body?

Where you are in the move through the information?

Where is the information embodied?

Where are you feeling the information directly in your body?

…and as there's a move-through the cells, where is it expressing itself? Where is it being held in? Where is it being held out? Where is it finding a voice?

‘Timeline’

 This is a really stunning view to the embodiment choice point… where you stand, where you make the choice, where you choose to embody into the embodiment story you choose to hold, or something else..now.
